- We use simple, per-PC pricing that scales with your business. Plans start at $35/PC/month for Basic support and go up to $50/PC/month for Premium. Enterprise plans are custom-priced based on your specific needs. See our Pricing page for full details.
- Do you offer on-site support?
- Yes, on-site support is included in our Premium and Enterprise plans. We serve Orange County and surrounding areas. Basic plan clients can add on-site visits as needed for an additional fee.
- What are your response times?
- Response times vary by plan. Basic plan: Business hours (8 AM - 6 PM) with standard response times. Premium: Extended hours (7 AM - 8 PM) with priority response. Enterprise: 24/7 support with guaranteed SLA response times.
- Do you support Macs and other operating systems?
- Yes, we support Windows, macOS, and Linux systems. We can also help with mobile device management for phones and tablets. Contact us to discuss your specific device mix.
- What cybersecurity services do you provide?
- Our cybersecurity services include security audits and assessments, vulnerability management, endpoint protection, network security, email security, security awareness training, and 24/7 monitoring. We take a layered approach to protect your business.
- Can you help with cloud migration?
- Absolutely. We provide cloud strategy consulting, migration planning and execution, SaaS implementation, cloud hosting management, and backup solutions. We work with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and other platforms.
- Are there long-term contracts?
- No, we offer flexible month-to-month agreements with no long-term contracts required. Some Enterprise clients may prefer annual agreements with discounted rates, but it's optional.
- What happens if I need help outside business hours?
- Premium and Enterprise plans include extended or 24/7 support. Basic plan clients can contact us for emergency support, which may be billed separately. We also offer add-on emergency support packages.
- How do I get started?
