Hourly and residential jobs are billed by time. Managed IT is a flat monthly service per covered device—not an hourly rate.
Many of our clients need residential help, one-off fixes, or break-fix support; others want predictable managed service for a team. We list both so nothing is confused with cheap hourly labor: the per-PC amounts below are fixed monthly managed fees for ongoing coverage, tooling, and help desk—not dollars per hour of technician time. We still offer month-to-month or annual agreements and custom contracts; contact us for hybrid scopes, servers, networks, or projects quoted separately.
Hourly & as-needed
When you are not on a managed plan—or you need work outside your agreement—we bill by the hour.
$125–$225/hour
Typical range depending on whether work is remote or on-site, time of day, and urgency. Home offices, one-time setups, virus cleanups, and ad hoc projects usually fall here.
Minimum time or trip charges may apply. We confirm rates and scope before work begins.
