Hourly and residential jobs are billed by time with no monthly minimum. Managed IT is a flat monthly service per user—starting at $1,000/month—not an hourly rate.
Many clients need residential help, one-off fixes, or break-fix support; others want predictable managed service for their team. We list both clearly: managed plans below are fixed monthly fees for ongoing coverage, tooling, and help desk—not dollars per hour of technician time. Hourly and residential work has no monthly minimum. We offer month-to-month or annual agreements; contact us for servers, networks, compliance, or projects quoted separately.

When you are not on a managed plan—or you need work outside your agreement—we bill by the hour. No monthly minimum applies.
